AMC - Maintenance and Support

 It is available in various forms and levels of cover depending upon client requirements and the nature of their business.  The AMC can also be personalized to fit the client.

AMC Support can provide both preventive maintenance services in addition to emergency call out and spares support.  The level of cover ranges from 5 days a week, normal business hours to a full 24/7 support service with guaranteed response and call out times.

Maintenance Support contracts can cover the following support options:

  • Emergency Response – 24 hours or 6 hours On-Site Response
  • Quarterly Preventive Maintenance check-ups
  • On site spares replacement and management
  • Site Audits and documentation
